We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals. We find it's best to set realistic expectations early on with our clients. This initial honest discussion is a non negotiable for any successful collaboration. We will then offer the client a recommendation, based on our 15+ years experience in the IT sector.
We work with our clients from a basis of high trust. Once an agreement is in place, we will, without charge, create an initial proof of concept or prototype for the client. This will be for all simpler sites and applications. For complex applications e.g. e-commerce and portals, a stepped invoicing agreement is initiated.
Once the overall design decisions are agreed with our clients, the team will get on with the full development. Collaboration with our client is a top priority, so we provide a weekly progress report. On average, simple portfolio sites for individuals or small businesses, usually take 2 weeks to complete. For larger complex sites/applications, a realistic deliverable cadence and deadline will be agreed.
Once discovery and prototyping are complete, we report back with a comprehensive plan and development schedule.
Close collaboration with our clients continues. We will proceed and develop the application or website, and provide weekly reports as agreed in our project plan.
At this stage, all development milestones and issues are fed back to the client. For simpler sites, we aim to develop, test and deliver within 2-3 weeks. Hosting and support packages are signed off.
Once the full build is complete, we report back with a comprehensive delivery schedule.
